This page explains the enquiry and intake forms, site measurement and the hosted payment provider used when you choose a paid service.
What the form collects
The form asks for:
- your business name and your name
- an email address or a phone number — one of the two, because that is where the reply goes
- anything you wrote in the message box
- your city or region, business profile link and main goal, if you choose to add them
We also include the page where your visit started and any campaign label on the link you used, so we can understand which enquiries came from a guide, referral or campaign. No account, no password, and no card or payment details are collected on this website.
Who receives it
FormSubmit delivers the information to We Save You Tech. We do not sell or rent it, pass it to advertisers or add it to a mailing list. We use it to reply to your request.
How it gets there
The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service. It passes your message straight to the inbox above and is used for nothing else. This website keeps no database of its own — once the email is sent, the message lives in an inbox like any other email.
FormSubmit is contacted at the moment you press send, and at no other time. Until then this page has made no request to anyone.
Site analytics
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes ordinary request information such as IP address, browser and page path to deliver and protect it. The site records button and form-success events in the current browser session to help us check the journey. Those events stay in the browser unless an analytics property is configured on the site. We do not use advertising pixels.
The concept builds under /showcase/ are a different thing: they are demonstrations of the product, and like the real client sites they load typefaces and photographs from outside services (Google Fonts and image hosts). Those services see the same request your browser makes to any website, including your IP address. We receive nothing back from them and never link it to you.
Payment
After the scope and all charges are confirmed in writing, the payment link opens a secure checkout hosted by the payment provider. The provider collects payment and billing details under its own privacy terms; card details do not pass through this website.
How long it's kept
It is kept only to respond to your request and to keep a normal record of the enquiry. It lives in the inbox above as long as any other email. Ask for it to be deleted and it is deleted — see below.
How decisions are made
A person reads your enquiry and a person sets and approves every price. No automated decision determines whether we contact you, what we recommend, or what you are charged.
Deleting your details, or asking a question
Email [email protected] and say you'd like your details removed — the message is deleted and confirmed back to you. You never have to give a reason.
