How it works
From a clear scope to a live site.
Choose the website scope, approve the written terms and pay the deposit. We then take the project from intake through launch, with the dates in writing.
- Choose a package. Pick the page scope that fits your services and submit the short start request.
- Approve the written scope. We confirm the page map, launch date, full price and agreement, then send the secure link for the half build deposit.
- Pay and send the essentials. After the deposit is confirmed, send your approved business facts, photos and publishing access through the project intake.
- Review three directions. We prepare designs from your approved facts. You choose the direction we build into the finished site.
- Approve and launch. We test the pages and enquiry path with you, publish the site and hand over ownership after the other half is paid at launch.
What happens if it goes wrong
Three promises, in writing
- A written launch date before payment. We agree your page scope and launch date in writing before you pay a build deposit. The schedule begins when we have your approved business facts, launch assets and access needed to publish.
- 14-day money-back on the build. If you change your mind within 14 days of signing — at any point before your site goes live — we refund your deposit in full and nothing further is invoiced (the remaining 50% is only ever billed at go-live). The site files and mockups remain ours in that case: you owe nothing more and you keep nothing. Once the site is live the build is delivered, so this promise ends there; you can still cancel the monthly services separately.
- 3-month initial term, then cancel with 30 days' notice. The monthly services run a 3-month initial term, then it auto-renews month-to-month. Cancel any time after the initial term with 30 days' written notice; services run through the end of the paid period. The build itself is a one-time cost and is not a subscription.
These are not marketing lines. They are sections 4 and 5 of the agreement you would sign, word for word. You get the agreement to read before you pay anything.

What we need from you
Your written launch schedule begins when the essentials below are complete.
- Approved facts and assets. Your services, area, hours, logo and any photos you have the right to use. We will tell you what is still needed for your scope.
- The email address new leads should go to. One address, the one you actually read, plus access or invitations needed to publish the site.
- Business details and credentials that apply to you. We use only facts you approve. If your industry requires a license, send the correct number; we will not guess it.
We confirm what is required for your page map before taking the deposit. You can send optional photos and refinements as the build progresses.
