One thing to know about the Office Assistant: it runs on a separate subscription in your own name — about $20/mo, billed straight to your card by the provider, never through us. The account stays yours, and everything in it is yours if you ever leave.
Every plan is billed as a monthly subscription on a three-month term, then month to month. The work is done for you — the results land in your inbox and on your profiles, not in another dashboard you have to learn. All of them are optional: nobody buys all nine, and most start with the website and one of these.

Three designs built first, from your real Google reviews. You only pay after you have picked one. Half when you sign, the other half the day it goes live.
Care plan
A monthly subscription: updates, security, edits when you need them, and we watch the form so a lead never sits unread. Three-month term, then month to month.
Payment
When each payment is due
- Nothing before the designs. The three designs are built and shown to you before any money is discussed. You owe nothing at that point.
- Half of the build when you sign — 50% — and the other half the day the site goes live. Miss the 10-business-day date and the 50% is waived.
- Monthly plans have a one-time setup, shown in the Setup column above, and then the monthly. Both are on the table so neither is a surprise at checkout.
- Nothing is charged on this website. No card details are collected here; you are sent a payment link and pay through the merchant of record.
Case-study rate
Case-study rate — $500 off the build
Let us publish your project and take $500 off the build: a short video testimonial once the site is live, permission to use the logo and name when we write the project up, and three warm introductions to other owners. It is the only discount we run, it does not stack with the $250 referral credit, and it is capped at five open slots — five open now.
It is section 8 of the agreement, not a banner.

Money, terms and payment
What does it cost?
A We Save You Tech website is $2,500 to $4,400 one time — half when you sign and the other half the day it goes live — plus a care plan of $145 to $220 a month. The optional monthly services are fixed: the Quoting Engine is $200–$300 a month, the Reputation Engine, Lead Catcher, Office Assistant and Google Profile Booster are $150 a month each, and the content lines run $50 to $100. Nobody buys all nine.
Am I locked into a contract?
The website is a one-time build that you own. The monthly services run a 3-month initial term, then month to month — cancel any time after that with 30 days' notice, and the price never goes up. There is no 12-month auto-renew and no early-termination fee.
Do I own the site?
Yes, once the build is paid in full. The site, your copy and your customer data are yours. Leave any time after month three and we hand over your content and point your domain wherever you say.
How do I pay, and is my card safe?
Nothing is ever charged on this website and no payment details are collected here. You pick what you want, we email you a payment link, and you pay by card through Polar, who handle the payment and the sales tax as merchant of record. Half to start, the rest the day your site goes live. We never see your card number. Monthly plans can also be started straight from the pricing table.
