Section 5 of the agreement, word for word
Three promises, in writing
- Live in 10 business days. The clock starts the day we have your photos, your lead email and your license/insurance confirmation. If we miss it, the second half of the build is free — the 50% due on go-live is waived.
- 14-day money-back on the build. If you change your mind within 14 days of signing — at any point before your site goes live — we refund your deposit in full and nothing further is invoiced (the remaining 50% is only ever billed at go-live). The site files and mockups remain ours in that case: you owe nothing more and you keep nothing. Once the site is live the build is delivered, so this promise ends there; you can still cancel the monthly services separately.
- 3-month initial term, then cancel with 30 days' notice. The monthly services run a 3-month initial term, then it auto-renews month-to-month. Cancel any time after the initial term with 30 days' written notice; services run through the end of the paid period. The build itself is a one-time cost and is not a subscription.
You get the full agreement to read before you pay anything. Nothing on this page is a summary that flatters itself — it is the same wording.
What you're buying
- A one-time website build: three designs made from your own public reviews and services, one of which you pick, built and put live.
- A care plan and any monthly services you choose, each priced on the home page and each optional.
- Payment is 50% when you sign and 50% the day the site goes live.
Term and cancellation
- The monthly services run a 3-month initial term, then month to month.
- After the initial term, cancel any time with 30 days' notice. There is no auto-renewing annual contract and no early-termination fee.
- The price never goes up for the life of your account.
- Prepay a year and cancel after the initial term, and any unused full prepaid months are refunded pro-rata at the prepaid rate.
Ownership
- The website, the copy and your customer data are yours once the build is paid in full.
- The automation services run on our infrastructure while you're an active subscriber; on cancellation we help you export or wind them down.
- Office Assistant: your Claude account, your subscription and everything in it are yours, billed to you directly by Anthropic on your own card. We never hold your credentials and we can't see your account.
Payment
Nothing is ever charged on this website and no payment details are collected here. You are sent a payment link and pay by card through Polar, who handle the payment and the sales tax as merchant of record.

- Prices and timings shown here are information. Nothing on this site is a binding quote until it is confirmed to you directly and put in an agreement.
- The concept builds under /showcase/ are made-up companies in real cities, built to show the design. Every review, rating, number and photo in them is sample content. They are not clients and no claim is made that they are.
- Sending the form asks for a reply about your request. It is not a contract and it doesn't sign you up for anything.
