We send the full scope and agreement before payment. If you have signed an agreement with us, that agreement controls the project.
Section 5 of the agreement, word for word
Three promises, in writing
- A written launch date before payment. We agree your page scope and launch date in writing before you pay a build deposit. The schedule begins when we have your approved business facts, launch assets and access needed to publish.
- 14-day money-back on the build. If you change your mind within 14 days of signing — at any point before your site goes live — we refund your deposit in full and nothing further is invoiced (the remaining 50% is only ever billed at go-live). The site files and mockups remain ours in that case: you owe nothing more and you keep nothing. Once the site is live the build is delivered, so this promise ends there; you can still cancel the monthly services separately.
- 3-month initial term, then cancel with 30 days' notice. The monthly services run a 3-month initial term, then it auto-renews month-to-month. Cancel any time after the initial term with 30 days' written notice; services run through the end of the paid period. The build itself is a one-time cost and is not a subscription.

What you're buying
- A one-time website build: three design directions based on your public business profile, then one chosen direction built out from facts and proof you approve.
- A care plan priced with the website package, starting at launch with a three-month initial term. Other monthly services are optional.
- Payment is 50% when you sign and 50% the day the site goes live.
Term and cancellation
- The monthly services run a 3-month initial term, then month to month.
- After the initial term, cancel any time with 30 days' notice. There is no auto-renewing annual contract and no early-termination fee.
- The price never goes up for the life of your account.
- Prepay a year and cancel after the initial term, and any unused full prepaid months are refunded pro-rata at the prepaid rate.
Ownership
- The website, the copy and your customer data are yours once the build is paid in full.
- The automation services run on our infrastructure while you're an active subscriber; on cancellation we help you export or wind them down.
- Office Assistant: it runs on a third-party subscription opened in your own name. The account, the subscription and everything in it are yours, billed to you directly by the provider on your own card. We never hold your credentials and we cannot see your account.
- Managed receptionist: your business owns and pays for the call-platform account named in the written proposal. Our setup and management fees are separate from its subscription and usage. We confirm those costs before you approve the work.
Payment
No payment details are collected on this website. We confirm the scope, all initial and recurring charges, billing start and provider before sending a secure hosted checkout link. Custom build or setup work begins after payment is confirmed. After you approve the written scope, payment is collected through the provider named in your proposal. Your proposal states the amount, currency, refund terms and any recurring charges before you pay.
