Our three published website scopes
The build is a one-time project. Care is a separate monthly service that starts when the site launches and has a three-month initial term. A 50% build deposit is due after we agree the page map and launch date in writing; the other 50% is due at launch.

*First year = build + 12 monthly care payments at list price. It assumes the site launches at the beginning of the period; the optional annual care plan has a different total. Domain registration, paid ads and separately scoped integrations are outside these figures.
What the build buys
Each scope covers the page map, copy drafted from facts you approve, responsive design, a working enquiry path, technical search foundations, mobile QA and launch. The five-page version suits one clear offer. Ten pages make room for distinct services and customer proof. Fifteen pages are for several genuinely different audiences or services; we do not add near-identical location pages to fill a quota.
What changes the price?
Choose the package from the number of useful, distinct pages and any integration you need. A booking platform, customer portal, ecommerce checkout, multilingual copy or complex intake flow is scoped separately before payment. If five pages answer your buyers' questions, the smallest package is the right starting point.

How to compare another quote
Ask whether strategy, copy, forms, mobile checks, hosting, routine care, domain ownership and post-launch edits are included. Compare the first-year total and the cancellation terms, not just the headline build fee. Our exact scope and care fees are on the pricing page.

These figures use our current published catalog. The first-year column adds the build to 12 months of listed care so another proposal can be compared on the same basis.
